By participating in our fitness services, you acknowledge these risks and agree to follow the instructions provided by your trainer or instructor.

You agree to communicate any injuries, limitations, discomfort, or relevant health concerns that may affect your ability to participate safely.

Dwell Holistic Living does not guarantee specific fitness, weight-loss, body-composition, or health results.

Results vary from person to person based on numerous factors, including consistency, nutrition, lifestyle, genetics, starting condition, and individual circumstances.

4. Body Contouring Services

Body contouring services offered by Dwell Holistic Living are wellness and aesthetic services and are not medical treatments.

Individual results vary. No specific amount of weight loss, fat reduction, inch loss, skin tightening, or other result is guaranteed.

Clients are responsible for providing accurate information regarding their health, medications, pregnancy status, allergies, sensitivities, and other circumstances that may affect their eligibility for a service.

Dwell Holistic Living reserves the right to decline or discontinue a body contouring service when we believe participation may be inappropriate or unsafe.

5. Skincare & Personal-Care Products

Our handcrafted skincare and personal-care products are created in small batches and may contain botanical ingredients, plant oils, butters, essential oils, fragrances, and other naturally derived ingredients.

Because everyone's skin is different, individual results and reactions may vary.

Customers are responsible for reviewing product ingredients before purchasing and using a product.

We recommend performing a patch test before using a new skincare product, particularly if you have sensitive skin or known allergies.

Our skincare products are intended for cosmetic and personal-care use and are not intended to diagnose, treat, cure, or prevent any disease or medical condition.

6. Orders & Product Availability

We make reasonable efforts to ensure that product information is accurate; however, handmade products may naturally vary slightly in color, texture, scent, appearance, or consistency from one batch to another.

We reserve the right to:

Because products may be prepared specifically in response to an order, production may require additional processing time.

By placing an order, you acknowledge that made-to-order products may not ship immediately.

8. Payments

9. Memberships & Automatic Renewals

Certain Dwell Holistic Living memberships or programs may operate on a recurring subscription basis.

Before enrolling, you will be provided with the applicable membership price, billing frequency, and renewal terms.

Unless otherwise stated, recurring memberships will automatically renew at the applicable billing interval until canceled.

You may cancel your membership using the cancellation method provided by Dwell Holistic Living.

Cancellation of a membership does not automatically cancel an order or shipment that has already been processed.

Any membership-specific terms presented at the time of enrollment are incorporated into these Terms of Service.

10. Appointments & Cancellations

Appointments for personal training, body contouring, coaching, mentoring, consultations, or other services may be subject to separate scheduling and cancellation requirements.

If you need to cancel or reschedule an appointment, please provide notice according to the cancellation policy applicable to that service.

Repeated no-shows, late cancellations, or failure to comply with scheduling requirements may result in the loss of an appointment, deposit, or service fee where applicable.

11. Digital Products & Educational Materials

Digital products, workbooks, guides, courses, educational materials, and other downloadable or electronically delivered content are provided for the purchaser's personal use.

• Share paid materials with individuals who have not purchased them
