Cancellation policy

Dwell Holistic Living, LLC may offer products, services, programs, memberships, packages, subscriptions, and other offerings through a variety of purchase options, including one-time purchases, recurring payments, payment plans, and subscriptions.
By selecting a purchase option, you agree to the terms associated with that option at the time of purchase.
1. One-Time Purchases
One-time purchases are charged once at the time of purchase unless otherwise stated.
Due to the handcrafted and made-to-order nature of our skincare products, all skincare product sales are final. Refunds, returns, and exchanges are not available except in the event of an incorrect or damaged order, subject to our Refund & Return Policy.
Digital products, event registrations, services, and other offerings may have separate terms disclosed at the time of purchase.
2. Memberships & Subscriptions
Certain products, programs, or services may be offered on a recurring basis.
By enrolling in a membership or subscription, you authorize Dwell Holistic Living, LLC to automatically charge your selected payment method according to the billing frequency and purchase terms displayed at checkout.
Your membership or subscription will continue and automatically renew until canceled in accordance with the applicable cancellation terms.
The amount charged, billing frequency, and renewal terms will be disclosed before you complete your purchase.
3. Cancellation of Memberships & Subscriptions
You may cancel an eligible membership or subscription before your next scheduled billing date.
Cancellation will stop future recurring charges but will not result in a refund for payments already processed.
If a membership product, service, or shipment has already been prepared, processed, scheduled, or fulfilled before your cancellation request is received, that purchase will remain subject to the applicable purchase and refund policy.
4. Subscription Skincare Products
Certain skincare products or curated skincare boxes may be offered through a recurring subscription.
Because our skincare products are handcrafted and made to order, cancellation must be completed before the next billing date and before the next order enters production or processing.
Once a subscription order has been processed or production has begun, that order cannot be canceled, refunded, returned, or exchanged.
Cancellation of a subscription will apply to future billing cycles only.
5. Payment Plans
If an offering is purchased through a payment plan, you agree to make all scheduled payments according to the payment schedule provided at checkout or in the applicable agreement.
Cancellation or discontinuation of participation does not automatically cancel your remaining payment obligations unless otherwise stated in writing.
If a payment fails, we may attempt to process the payment again or contact you regarding an alternative payment method.
We reserve the right to suspend access to a program, membership, service, or offering while a payment remains overdue.
6. Appointment-Based Services
Appointments for personal training, body contouring, mentoring, consultations, and other services may have specific cancellation and rescheduling requirements.
Any applicable cancellation deadline, late cancellation fee, no-show policy, deposit policy, or rescheduling terms will be communicated at the time of booking or purchase.
Failure to provide required notice may result in the loss of the appointment, deposit, session, or applicable service fee.
7. Cancellation Method
Where available, memberships and subscriptions may be canceled through your customer account or other online cancellation method provided by Dwell Holistic Living, LLC.
If an online cancellation option is not available for a specific purchase, cancellation instructions will be provided at the time of enrollment or purchase.
Customers are responsible for completing cancellation before the applicable billing deadline.
8. Changes to Purchase Options
Dwell Holistic Living, LLC reserves the right to modify available products, services, membership offerings, pricing, or purchase options.
Changes will not affect purchases already paid in full except where necessary to correct an error, comply with law, or as otherwise disclosed in the applicable purchase terms.
For recurring memberships or subscriptions, any material changes to future pricing or billing terms will be communicated as required by applicable law.
